Our Website Privacy Policy

We take the privacy of our members and their vehicles very seriously.  In order to maintain personal and vehicle privacy all of our media pages are accessible by password entry only.  Any vehicles visible on pages which are not password protected will have the number plate erased.

All photographs and video footage is assumed to be acceptable to be published by those attending each event.  If any member wishes to have any media removed they should contact the website manager and the photograph or video will either be removed entirely or edited to exclude the member and/or his vehicle as soon as possible.

The password will be changed periodically and can be obtained from the organiser or website manager.  Please do not distribute the password to anyone without the permission of the organiser or website manager unless the recipient is known to have attended meetings..  Where possible, when the password changes, all members for whom we have contact details will be notified.
